Cooking Instructions 1) Mix CURRY PASTE with 100ml water into a paste. Mix COCONUT MILK with 150ml water, stir well. 2) Heat cooking oil in wok over low flame. Add CURRY PASTE and fry for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. 3) Add chicken, potatoes, adjust flame to medium and stir fry. Add COCONUT MILK (a little at a time). Bring to boil. 4) Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stir ocassionally. When cooked, add TOASTED COCONUT, stir well and serve.
